AudioReality Refund Policy

AudioReality is currently free. There are no charges to refund. The paid-plan terms below take effect for everyone on the day paid plans launch and are published now so you know what to expect.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund of your first subscription payment when requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. For renewal payments, we offer a full refund when requested within 7 days of the renewal charge if you have not substantially used the Service in the new period. Annual plans may additionally be refunded pro rata at our discretion.

To request a refund, email AudioRealityAI@gmail.com from your account email with "refund" in the subject. We aim to respond within two business days.

Purchases may be processed by a third-party merchant of record. In that case, refunds are issued by that provider to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights in your place of residence, including applicable withdrawal rights. Where those rights exceed this policy, the statutory rights apply.

We may decline refunds where we detect fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or heavy generation followed by a refund request, to the extent permitted by law.
