Effective August 23, 2026

AudioReality respects the intellectual-property rights of publishers and creators and expects users to do the same.

Personal source material

AudioReality generates private, personal audio from content users lawfully receive and forward for their own use. Our Terms prohibit users from submitting content they lack rights to or publicly redistributing generated episodes derived from third-party material. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe content hosted by AudioReality, such as audio available through a user's feed, infringes your copyright, send a notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Send notices to our current copyright contact at AudioRealityAI@gmail.com.
