AudioReality Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AudioReality.ai, operated under the AudioReality name from Nebraska, USA ("we" or "us"), handles personal information when you use the AudioReality website and Service.

We collect:

1. Account information provided through our sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
2. Content you direct to the Service, including email forwarded to your show address, text or files you submit, automated reports filed to your shows, and public sources you configure.
3. Show settings, such as schedules, host and voice selections, presentation style, and content preferences.
4. Usage and technical data, such as log data, IP address, device and browser type, request identifiers, timestamps, and generation metadata including token counts and processing costs.
5. Communications you send us, such as support email.

If we introduce paid plans, payment will be handled by a merchant of record or payment processor. We may receive transaction status and plan information, but not your full card number.

We use information to:

• Provide the Service, including receiving your forwarded content and generating scripts, audio, transcripts, and show metadata.
• Operate schedules and deliver your private feed.
• Secure the Service, enforce limits, and prevent abuse.
• Understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.
• Communicate with you about the Service and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use your content to train AI models that we operate. Third-party provider practices are described below.

Generating your episodes requires sending relevant content to AI service providers for tasks such as script generation and speech synthesis. OpenAI API content is configured not to be used for model training. Providers we use are listed on our Subprocessors page. Content is transmitted only as needed to generate an episode. The retention limits below govern AudioReality's systems; provider-side retention is governed by each provider's terms and policies.

Forwarded mail content and generated audio, transcripts, and related artifacts are automatically deleted from our production systems no later than 14 days after receipt or creation. Certain preview features use shorter windows, and pasted or uploaded one-off inputs may not be persisted at all.

Account information and show settings are retained until you delete the show or your account. Show memory retains a small amount of derived, topic-level editorial metadata, such as subjects previously covered, positions your AI hosts took, and streak counters. It does not contain the text of your mail and can be viewed, paused, or permanently cleared in show settings.

Operational logs and security records are retained for approximately 30 days. Residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups and service-provider logs and are deleted in the ordinary course. Records of transactions and legal compliance are kept as required by law.

We share personal information only with:

1. Service providers that host and operate parts of the Service on our behalf, listed with their roles on our Subprocessors page.
2. A merchant of record, if you purchase a paid plan, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
3. Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
4. A successor entity in connection with a reorganization, formation of a business entity by the Operator, merger, or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected information.

You can rotate your show address at any time, ignore senders, delete individual shows, view or clear show memory, and delete your account. The old address stops accepting mail when rotated, and deletion removes your content on the schedule above.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We extend access, correction, deletion, and portability requests to all users regardless of location. To exercise a right, email AudioRealityAI@gmail.com. We will verify your request through your account email and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases are performance of contract, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Information is processed in the United States.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive stored artifacts and credentials, private storage with expiring access URLs, scoped and revocable tokens, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a strong, unique password and protect your private feed URL and API keys.

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact AudioRealityAI@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as authentication, session, and security cookies from our sign-in provider. We also use privacy-oriented analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising cookies. If we adopt analytics that require consent, we will update this policy and provide legally required controls.

We will post updates to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
